Each of our preschool classes is staffed by a team of two teachers, and our Kindergarten class is staffed by a teacher and a teacher’s aide. Classroom teachers share our values, goals and philosophies whose own lives demonstrate care and service to others. Teachers are trained in CPR and Pediatric First Aid, and receive training in the use of Dr. Becky Bailey’s Conscious Discipline. Our teachers are encouraged to attend workshops and conferences each year and are compensated for their attendance.

We are pleased to provide classes with a high ratio of adults to children, exceeding the NAEYC recommendations. In our classrooms you will find:

• Infants/Toddlers- 2 teachers- max. 5-6 children
• Two year olds- 2 teachers and 1 parent- max 8-10 children
• Preschoolers- 2 teachers and 1 parent- max 14-16 children
• Kindergarten- 1 teacher and 1 teacher’s assistant- max 14 children
